I want a single, well-structured Excel workbook that lets me create modular-kitchen quotations in minutes rather than hours. After I key in the material rates, labour rates, and any extra service fees, the sheet should automatically calculate subtotals for each category and then present a clear, tax-ready grand total.

Core logic
• Automated pricing calculations broken down into:
– Material costs
– Labour costs
– Additional service fees

Workflow expectations
1. I will enter or update all cost data manually in clearly marked input cells.
2. As soon as quantities are added, the workbook must pull the relevant rates, perform the maths, and display: line-item totals, category subtotals, overall total, and optional profit margin.
3. All formula cells should be locked to prevent accidental edits, while input areas stay completely open.
4. The sheet needs to be easy to expand, so if I add a new cabinet type later, I only have to insert it in one place and the totals still work.
