I need a formula-driven Excel business-case model that shows the full financial impact of moving a U.S. insurance company’s back-office operations to India. The workbook must let me change inputs quickly and watch the savings recalculate in real time.

Core drivers to build in are labour cost savings, operational efficiency improvements and all infrastructure or set-up costs. On top of those, the model should let me layer in any other scenario assumptions I specify at a later stage, so a clean input sheet with expandable rows or a control panel makes sense.

I will supply the current data sheets; they hold cost baselines, projected head-counts and timing. If you see value in weaving in exchange-rate movements, local labour regulations or inflation scenarios, structure the file so those can be toggled on or off without breaking the logic.

Because the analysis will circulate at board level, clarity matters just as much as accuracy. Use clearly labelled tabs—Inputs, Calcs, Outputs (or a layout you think is better)—and make sure every figure on the summary page traces back to transparent formulas, not hard numbers. Where look-ups or helper tables are needed, keep them neat and well named.
