Excel Mixed Entry Data mining
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need several batches of information moved quickly and accurately into Excel. The source material arrives in different formats, and each record contains both text (names, descriptions, notes) and numbers (prices, counts, IDs). A clean standard worksheet with clear headers is all that’s required; I haven’t prepared a special template.
Turn-around is flexible—anything from one to seven days works for the initial batch—and I’m happy to start with a small sample so we can confirm the layout before you take on the full workload. If you have colleagues who can help, mention that too; I may split the work across multiple people to keep things moving.
Acceptance criteria:
• Every supplied item entered once, without omissions
• Consistent text capitalization and number formatting
• No visible formula or alignment errors
• Final delivery in .xlsx plus a CSV export
