Excel Mixed Data Cleanup

I’m working with several Excel/CSV sheets that hold both text and numbers, and they need a solid clean-up before I can run any analysis. The core job is data cleaning: rooting out duplicates, correcting inconsistent formats, and smoothing out typos or odd spacing that crept in during entry. Dates, currencies, percentages, phone numbers—everything should look and behave the same way across every row.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Review each worksheet, remove duplicates, and realign columns if they’re off.
• Standardise numeric and date formats without altering underlying values.
• Normalise text fields—consistent capitalisation, fixed spelling, no extra spaces.
• Flag blanks or obvious outliers so I can double-check them later.
• Deliver the updated files in the original Excel/CSV structure, plus a short change log noting the key fixes.
