Excel Mileage & Maintenance Tracker

I need a clean, user-friendly Excel workbook that will monitor mileage and routine maintenance for a fleet of 6-10 vehicles. The sheet must automatically record the last oil change, calculate miles driven since then, and show how many miles remain before the next service is due. In addition to oil changes, I want the file to handle three other maintenance items—Tire rotation, Brake inspection, and Transmission fluid change—using the same mileage-based logic.

A single dashboard should flag any service that is due or overdue so I can see issues at a glance, and adding a new vehicle must be as simple as filling out a row or using a form: no hidden, locked, or protected cells anywhere. All formulas have to be visible and functioning correctly so I can extend or edit them later if needed.
