Excel Medical Dataset Descriptive Analysis
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a patient-record spreadsheet that needs a precise, no-frills descriptive statistics pass in Microsoft Excel only. Your task starts with a quick but thorough clean-up—spot and fix obvious entry errors, strip out duplicates, and ensure every column aligns correctly.
Once tidy, build summary tables that show the counts, means, medians, ranges, and standard deviations for each medical-history field. Medications are my top priority, but please include diagnoses, procedures, and any other relevant columns so the workbook stays self-contained.
Add clear pivot tables or simple charts so the key numbers are instantly readable without scrolling through raw rows. Keep every calculation live; I need formulas intact, not hard-entered numbers.
Deliverables:
• A single Excel workbook with the cleaned data, all descriptive-stats tables, and supportive visuals.
• A brief (≈ one page) explanation of the findings that I can reference or forward immediately.
No predictive modeling, correlations, or comparative testing—just a concise snapshot of where the data stands today.
