Excel MIS Analytics and Field Sales

I need two complementary professionals to help me steer our revenue push over the next quarter.

1) MIS Executive
Your main focus is data analytics. I will pass you raw sales numbers and you will turn them into actionable insights on current market trends. Everything must be done in Excel—advanced formulas, Power Query, pivot charts, slicers, whatever it takes to spot patterns and outliers quickly. A concise weekly dashboard (xls/xlsx) and a short written summary of the findings will be the regular deliverables.

2) Field Sales Representative
While the MIS work guides strategy, I also need someone on the ground converting leads into orders. This role is all about extensive field visits, relationship building, and closing deals in line with the insights produced by the MIS Executive. Daily visit logs and an end-of-week pipeline report will keep us aligned.
