Excel Loan Management Dashboard Needed

We are seeking an expert in Excel to create a comprehensive spreadsheet to manage up to 25 variable-rate or fixed-rate loans. The spreadsheet must include a dashboard summary of all loans and facilitate detailed tracking and calculations.
Key Requirements:
- Calculate payments for both variable-rate and fixed-rate loans using SOFR or BLR plus spread.
- Track payment due dates, rate changes, balance alerts, and commissions.
- Set up email notifications for payment due dates, rate changes, and balance alerts.
- Balance alerts should cover threshold limits reached, overdue balances, and monthly balance summaries.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly with financial calculations, data manipulation, and pivot tables.
- Experience in creating automated email reminders within Excel.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate loan tracking and reporting.
