Excel Inventory System Automation

I already laid out a draft workbook for our storeroom issues log; now I need your Excel wizardry to turn it into a polished, fool-proof issuance system. The shell is there—the back-end logic, automation, and professional finish are what I’m counting on you for.

What I’m after
• Macros that streamline day-to-day data entry and automatically update running inventory counts the moment new issues or returns are posted.
• Robust look-ups (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, or whatever you judge best) that instantly pull product details, calculate live stock levels, and feed clean numbers into issuance reports.
• Clear visual feedback: conditional formatting that flags low stock or unusual movements, plus a small dashboard of charts and graphs so trends jump out at first glance.

Deliverable
A single, well-documented workbook that opens to a user-friendly front sheet, routes data to protected tables behind the scenes, and requires no tinkering from staff beyond entering quantities and choosing products from drop-downs. All code should be neatly commented in the VBA editor, and formulas labeled so future tweaks are painless.

Once it passes a test run with a week’s worth of dummy transactions—no errors, correct balances, visuals updating automatically—I’ll sign it off. Looking forward to seeing your best Excel craftsmanship.
