Excel Inventory Reporting & Analysis
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I need reliable support maintaining and improving my inventory records in Excel. The work is fully online and centres on three recurring tasks:
• Data entry – updating stock counts, SKUs and supplier details as new information arrives.
• Data analysis – spotting discrepancies, slow-moving items and reorder points so I can react quickly.
• Creating financial reports – turning the raw inventory data into clear monthly summaries of stock value, cost of goods sold and projected spend.
I already have a partially built workbook that tracks most items, but formulas, pivot tables and basic Power Query connections still need attention. Your first milestone will be to review this file, streamline the structure and propose any additional fields that will help automate reorder and valuation reports. Accuracy is critical, so I will verify results against physical counts before sign-off.
Please be comfortable with advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and simple automation techniques. If you can suggest lightweight ways to connect the sheet with a future inventory management system, note that in your reply.
