Excel Inventory Reconciliation

I have several inventory reports in Excel that no longer line up with one another. Your task is to dig into each spreadsheet, compare quantities and SKUs, trace any mismatches, and return a single, fully balanced inventory file. Along the way I’ll need a brief variance summary so I can see where the numbers were off and why.
Everything will be done in Excel, so please feel comfortable using lookup functions, Power Query, pivot tables, and clear formula auditing techniques. A knack for spotting data-entry errors and duplicate records is essential; speed alone won’t help if the counts are still wrong.

Deliverables I expect:
• A reconciled master inventory workbook with consistent SKU counts
• A separate tab (or file) outlining all variances, notes, and corrections made
