Excel Fleet MIS Dashboard -- 2
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a practical, Excel-based MIS that lets me see at a glance how each electric truck is performing and, most importantly, how much money we are making. Revenue tracking is my top priority, but the sheet also has to put fleet utilisation and cost data in context so I can quickly judge truck-wise profitability every week.
The workbook should open to a clean, visual dashboard fed by well-structured data tabs and formulas. Pivot tables, Power Query or simple macros are fine—as long as updates are painless and the file stays share-friendly in standard Excel.
Key metrics that must appear:
• Revenue: total per week, per truck, per kilometre and route-wise
• Costs: per truck, per route, maintenance, and per kilometre
• Automatic calculation of gross margin and profit per truck and per route
• Fleet utilisation percentages (daily and weekly)

Acceptance will be based on:
1. All metrics above updating correctly when new data are pasted.
2. Dashboard load time under 5 seconds on a typical laptop.
3. No external add-ins required—pure Excel 2016+ compatibility.
