Excel Fleet KPI Dashboard

I run a small fleet and keep all my figures in individual Excel workbooks, but I now need a central dashboard that makes those numbers meaningful at a glance.

Here’s what the finished file must let me do:

• See key KPIs—starting with Revenue per Car front-and-center, followed by weekly Expenses per Car, road fares, overall revenue, total expenses and resulting profit.
• Drill down to Revenue per Driver and weekly mileage for every vehicle.
• Spot upcoming major expenses the moment they appear.

Maintenance tracking is just as important. I want an area that:

• Highlights parts that are frequently replaced across the fleet.
• Calculates the next service date automatically (assume each car averages 200 km/day and needs servicing every 5 000 km).
• Stores full service history so I can type in replaced parts, dates and costs, then retrieve any record instantly.

Everything will live in Excel—no external databases or APIs—so please build with formulas, Power Query, PivotTables or VBA where it adds real value. The expense detail has to be captured and reported on a weekly basis.

Once this core structure is solid, I may ask for a few extra KPIs, so leave the model flexible enough for quick add-ons.

Deliverables will be:
1. The interactive Excel dashboard and linked data sheets.
2. Clear instructions on how to refresh or extend the model.
