Excel Financial Data Optimization
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m handling a growing set of financial data and want a single, well-structured workbook that I can trust every time I open it. Here’s what I need:
• Data entry and cleaning – import the raw figures I provide, eliminate duplicates, and align everything in a clear, consistent layout.
• Logical organisation – group items, label sheets, and apply named ranges so I can navigate quickly.
• Robust formulas – build (or fix) calculations for totals, averages, variances, and any other insights you see fit. Accuracy is non-negotiable; results must reconcile with my original numbers.
• Bar-chart visualisation – create easy-to-refresh bar charts that highlight the key trends in the data.
• Efficiency tweaks – streamline the workbook so it opens fast, recalculates without lag, and remains easy for me to update later.
The file should arrive ready to use, with brief in-cell or comment notes explaining any advanced functions you introduce (e.g., SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, or dynamic arrays). I’ll supply the raw financial data as soon as we start, and I’m available to clarify field meanings or desired outputs as needed.
If you have experience optimising finance-related Excel models and enjoy turning messy numbers into neat, insightful spreadsheets, I’d love to work with you.
