Excel Financial Data Analysis
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need help in Excel—specifically with data analysis. I will provide you with raw financial figures, and I want you to turn those numbers into clear, actionable insight.
Here’s what the job looks like:
• Clean and organise the source sheet so every column is usable.
• Build the formulas, PivotTables, or Power Query steps you find most effective for trend-spotting, ratio checks, and anomaly detection.
• Highlight key findings in a summary sheet that a non-analyst can read at a glance.
• Add two or three dynamic charts that update automatically when I add new rows.
Accuracy and clarity matter more than flashy design; stick to well-named ranges and documented steps so I can maintain the file later. If you are comfortable automating parts of the workflow with VBA or Office-Scripts, great—just keep the final solution inside the Excel ecosystem.
Send back the finished workbook plus a short write-up explaining what you uncovered, how you built it, and where I should look first when I open the file.
