I need help cleaning and organizing a large Excel file with over 187,000 rows of multilingual part names (German, English, some Italian).
Key Tasks Include:
- Ensuring each language appears only in its designated column
- Correcting capitalization, especially for German nouns
- Expanding abbreviations into full terms
- Shortening long names to 1–2 key terms (3 max) and removing dimensions, dates, or parameters
- Translating names into Russian in the third column
- Removing formatting issues, mixed-language artifacts, and any inconsistencies
A reference file with correct formatting will be provided. Accuracy is the top priority. Low-quality work will be returned for revision. Manual editing is required — fully automated AI solutions are not acceptable.
