Excel ERP Data Reporting Template

Every month I receive raw CSV exports from our ERP and I want to drop them into a single Excel file, press refresh, and immediately see clear insights. The template you build should automatically transform the data and surface:

• Pivot-table driven sales analysis broken down by product, customer, region and time period.
• A concise operational performance view (throughput, order cycle times, on-time delivery, or your suggested KPIs once you see the fields available).
• A high-level executive dashboard that rolls the numbers into easy-to-read cards and charts.

Power Query (Get & Transform) is the preferred engine for loading and cleaning the CSV files so the monthly refresh is truly “one-click.” Once the data is in place, link it to well-structured PivotTables and slicer-controlled Dashboards. Everything must remain inside standard Excel—no third-party add-ins—so my team can maintain it.

Deliverable
1. An unlocked .xlsx template with clearly named input folder or sheet, automated Power Query steps, PivotTables and interactive dashboard sheets.
2. A short walkthrough document or screen-share recording showing how to drop the new CSV, refresh, and adjust date ranges or slicers.

The file should be ready for immediate use with dummy data I will provide; if it refreshes cleanly and all visuals update without manual tweaking, the job is complete.
