Excel Dealer Management Tool
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I oversee a district-wide two-wheeler business with 15 SU dealers and need one streamlined Excel program to keep everything in order. The workbook must handle two core jobs: data entry and management plus clear performance reporting.
Data entry & management
• Dealer information, sales data, and inventory details each need their own well-structured input area with validation, drop-downs, and room for future fields.
• Simple buttons or VBA macros can speed up daily entries and protect the formulas while leaving data cells open for editing.
Performance reporting
• I prefer tables and lists rather than dashboards or graphs. Monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date summaries should compare each dealer’s actual numbers against preset targets, flagging variances automatically.
• A consolidated table that rolls up all 15 dealers is essential, and filters for date range, dealer name, or vehicle model will keep the reports flexible.
Deliverables
1. An unlocked .xlsx (or .xlsm if macros are used) ready for live data.
2. Built-in targets vs. actual calculations and variance highlights.
3. Sample data so I can see the logic in action.
4. A brief user guide explaining sheet navigation, protected cells, and how to extend the dealer list when we grow.
If you can build an organised, easy-to-maintain workbook that meets the points above, I’m ready to get started right away.
