I have several raw tables coming from online databases that must be moved into Excel, classified, and laid out so the information is easy to navigate and ready for analysis. The core of the job is data entry followed by precise data categorization and data structuring.

Here is what I need:
• Import all records from the online data sources into new or existing worksheets.
• Create a clean, consistent layout—proper headers, uniform cell formats, and clear data types.
• Build logical categories and groupings so anyone can filter, sort, or pivot the information instantly.
• Apply formulas, conditional formatting, or simple validation rules to catch duplicates and highlight irregular values.
• Provide a brief summary sheet that totals key figures and links to each structured tab.

Accuracy is crucial, so every figure must match the source. A sharp eye for anomalies will be appreciated, and if you spot trends or outliers feel free to flag them. I will be available to clarify field names or category rules, but I expect you to work independently once the framework is agreed.
