Excel Data Reshaping Automation

I have an Excel workbook that currently holds 8 rows, each row containing 20 bundled data sets. I need every embedded set split out so the file ends up with 160 individual, cleanly structured rows. All original headers and columns must remain exactly as they are.
Primary use: data analysis, so data integrity and numerical sort order are critical.
Deliverables:
• One .xlsx file with 160 rows, headers untouched
• Consistency check to confirm every field is correctly mapped
• Final sheet sorted numerically by the first column (or another logical key you propose)
