Excel Data Management Support
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for reliable help to keep our Excel-based records clean, current, and genuinely useful. My main pain point is data entry and database organisation, all of which lives in a series of interconnected Excel spreadsheets.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Accurate data entry and regular updating of existing rows so every figure is up to date.
• Creating well-structured spreadsheets when a brand-new data set arrives, with clear tables, named ranges, and simple navigation.
• Analysing the data to spot trends or inconsistencies and turning those findings into concise summary reports or charts I can share with the team.
You’ll be working remotely on a part-time basis, so good communication and dependable turnaround times are essential. Solid Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, pivot tables, basic charts) are a must; any experience with the wider Microsoft Office suite is a welcome bonus.
Deliverables will be accepted when:
– All entries are 100 % accurate against the source documents.
– New spreadsheets follow the agreed naming and formatting conventions.
– Reports include clear visuals and brief explanatory notes.
If this sounds like your kind of work, let me know your availability and a quick example of a similar Excel project you’ve completed.
