Excel Data Lookup Formula Assistance

I need to overhaul several workbooks that currently depend on VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP to pull information across multiple sheets. The formulas have grown messy and slow, so your first task is to audit what I have, rebuild the lookup logic, and make sure everything recalculates cleanly.
You are free to suggest smarter alternatives—INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, even Power Query—as long as the files stay compatible with Office 2016. Once the lookups are solid, return the updated workbook along with a short note or dedicated sheet that explains the key formulas so I can maintain them myself.
