Excel Data Entry and Statistical Analysis
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have a collection of Excel workbooks that combine text fields (names, categorical labels, comments) with numerical values (sales figures, ratings, timestamps). Everything must be transferred into one clean, well-labeled master sheet, with duplicates removed and obvious entry errors flagged or corrected. When the data is tidy, I need a concise statistical overview—descriptive statistics, basic correlations, and any significant outliers or trends that immediately stand out.
Deliverables
• Master data set in .xlsx (and .csv) with consistent headers, validated entries, and no missing-code ambiguities
• A short statistical summary report (PDF or Word) that explains key measures, visualises results where useful, and highlights notable findings
• Optional but appreciated: the reproducible script or Excel formulas you used so I can rerun the analysis later
Accuracy and attention to detail are more important to me than speed; everything starts and ends in Excel, but you are free to use R, Python (pandas, NumPy), or similar tools while working—as long as the final files open flawlessly in Excel 365.
