Excel Data Entry & Cleanup
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a collection of scanned documents that contain a mix of text and numeric information. I need every piece of that data typed accurately into a single Excel sheet, then cleaned and formatted so the file is ready for immediate analysis.
Once the data is in place, duplicate rows must be removed, obvious typographical errors corrected, and all columns presented in a clear, consistent layout (uniform date and number formats, readable headers, tidy column widths). You’re free to use any Excel-native tools—Power Query, basic VBA, formulas—so long as the finished workbook is clean, error-free, and easy for me to filter or pivot.
Deliverables
• Completed Excel file containing all transcribed data
• A brief note (or separate tab) summarising any assumptions or uncertainties you encountered while interpreting the scans
I will supply the scanned pages as soon as we agree to proceed, and I’m happy to answer any clarifying questions along the way to keep the process smooth and accurate.
