Excel Data Entry and Cleanup

I need help populating an Excel workbook with mixed data—both text and numbers—sourced from two places: scanned pages and several Word documents. The scanned material will require careful transcription or light OCR correction before it’s copied across, while the Word files can be copied-and-pasted but still need to be laid out consistently.

Please keep every column clearly labeled, retain any numerical formatting (dates, currency, percentages, etc.), and double-check totals so the sheet is immediately ready for sorting and analysis.

Deliverable: one clean, fully-populated .xlsx file containing all records from the supplied sources, error-free and formatted for easy filtering and summary.
