Excel Data Entry & Cleanup
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Several hundred rows of records are currently trapped in a mix of PDF documents and image files. I need every line transferred into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook within the next 2–3 days.
Here is what the job entails:
• Transcribe all data from the supplied PDFs and images into a single Excel file, keeping every field in its correct column.
• Remove any duplicate rows, fix alignment or date/number inconsistencies, and delete entries that are clearly incomplete.
• Apply quick, readable formatting—bold headers for every column and light color-coding to highlight key sections or totals—so the sheet is immediately understandable.
• Insert basic formulas where relevant: SUM ranges for totals, IF statements for simple checks, and VLOOKUPs to cross-reference smaller lookup tables I’ll include.
• Double-check accuracy; the workbook should match the source files 100 %.
Deliverables
1. Final Excel workbook containing all data, cleaned and formatted exactly as outlined.
2. A brief change log noting any records deleted for incompleteness or corrected during cleanup.
If you are comfortable working quickly in Microsoft Excel and can type accurately from both PDFs and images, this task should be straightforward. I’ll provide the files as soon as we begin and will be available for questions throughout the process.
