Excel Data Cleanup & Dashboard
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have several Excel workbooks that need to be consolidated, cleaned, and turned into an easy-to-read dashboard. The raw sheets contain a mix of data entry errors, inconsistent formats, and blanks that keep me from getting clear insights. Your first step will be to standardize the data in Excel—merging sheets where needed, correcting obvious typos, aligning date and number formats, and flagging anything that looks out of place so I can confirm it.
Once the data is tidy, I’d like a visually appealing dashboard. You can build it directly inside Excel with PivotTables, slicers, and charts, or use a dedicated tool such as Power BI or Tableau if that speeds things up; I’m flexible as long as the final dashboard lets me slice the information by key dimensions and refresh it easily when I drop in new rows.
Deliverables:
• A cleaned, well-structured Excel file (or set of files) ready for analysis
• A dynamic dashboard linked to that dataset, complete with basic user instructions
Everything should be well-commented so I can maintain it after hand-off and scale it when new data comes in.
