Excel Data Cleaning & Formatting

I have a spreadsheet that mixes numbers, text, and dates, and those dates appear in several different styles (e.g., 12/03/23, 3-12-2023, March 12 2023). I need the entire file cleaned so every date follows one clear format that I will specify once we start. While working through the file, please also check that any transformations you apply do not disturb the numeric or text fields.

Deliverables:
• A cleaned Excel workbook with all dates converted to the agreed-upon format
• A brief change log noting any assumptions or edge cases you encountered
