Excel Data Cleaning & Formatting

I have a large Excel workbook that combines both numerical values and free-text fields in a rather chaotic layout. The job is straightforward: turn this mixed data into a clean, consistent, and analysis-ready sheet.

Here’s the scope:

• Reorganize the current columns and rows into a logical order I will specify.
• Remove every duplicate record so each row represents a unique entry.
• Apply consistent formatting across the entire file—dates, numbers, text case—so nothing breaks when I run formulas or pivot tables later.

The original file will be supplied immediately after award; your deliverable is the cleaned workbook plus a brief log of the main transformations you applied. If you use Power Query, VBA, or any other Excel automation tools to speed things up, mention that in your message so I know what to expect.
