Excel Data Cleaning & P&L

I have several Excel workbooks that need to be turned into a single, reliable dataset and then analysed. First, the raw sheets must be cleaned—duplicates removed, headers standardised, data types fixed and any obvious errors flagged. Once that foundation is solid, I’d like a fully-automated Profit and Loss statement that pulls its numbers from the cleaned table and refreshes at the click of a button.

All files will arrive as native Excel spreadsheets, so you can work entirely inside Excel with the tools you prefer: Power Query, dynamic array formulas, pivot tables or a light VBA routine—whatever delivers the most robust result.

Deliverables
• A de-duplicated, well-structured master table in .xlsx
• A refreshable P&L worksheet driven by that table
• A concise summary page highlighting key insights, trends and anomalies
• A short hand-off note showing me how to drop in new data and update everything

I’ll verify the work by adding a fresh month of figures; if the P&L and insight page update flawlessly, we’re done.
