Excel Data Analysis Specialist

I need a detail-focused analyst who lives in Microsoft Excel. You’ll be working directly inside large Microsoft excel files that capture our daily operations, cleaning them up, structuring them logically, and then performing deep-dive data analysis to turn raw figures into clear business insights.

Your day-to-day will revolve around:
• importing and organising the spreadsheets I send,
• building reliable formulas and PivotTables for exploratory data analysis,
• spotting patterns, anomalies or opportunities hidden in the numbers,
• summarising your findings in concise, well-formatted sheets or charts that management can act on immediately.

Strong command of Excel is a must—index-match, nested logic, dynamic ranges, basic VBA—anything that helps you move quickly from data to decision. Beyond the technical skills, I value clear communication: every file you return should be annotated so anyone can follow your logic without extra hand-holding.

Deliverables:
1. A cleaned, fully formula-driven Excel workbook.
2. A short written summary (inside the workbook or as a separate sheet) explaining key takeaways and recommended next steps.
