Excel Data Analysis & Reporting

I need a sharp eye on several mid-sized datasets that arrive weekly. Your main responsibility will be to turn the raw exports into insight-ready workbooks by:

• Cleaning and structuring the data so every column is analysis-ready.
• Building dynamic formulas—VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS and similar—to automate the recurring calculations I normally do by hand.
• Summarising the results with clear charts, graphs and Pivot Tables that tell the story at a glance.

Once the numbers are in shape, I also rely on a concise Word report that captures key findings, screenshots of the visuals, and any recommendations you spot along the way. Accuracy is critical, and I value quick turnaround; most files are straightforward but need to be back on my desk error-free within the agreed deadline.
