Excel Data Analysis & Reporting -- 2

Several large, raw Excel files need to be transformed into clear, actionable information. The core of this engagement is thorough cleaning and organizing of each sheet, followed by the creation of pivot-table-driven reports and reliable, reusable formulas. Accuracy, transparency and a neat workbook structure are essential—each figure in the final report must trace back to the source row without manual intervention.

All work will be completed inside Microsoft Excel; you are welcome to employ Power Query, advanced formulas such as INDEX-MATCH or SUMIFS, and any other native tools that keep the solution self-contained.

Deliverables
• A master workbook with all data cleaned, properly formatted and error-free
• Pivot tables and named ranges that update automatically when new rows are added
• Custom formulas that replace any hard-coded calculations
• A brief written summary highlighting key insights and explaining how to refresh the report for future data drops

Acceptance criteria: every total in the summary must reconcile with the cleaned dataset, no #REF! or #N/A errors anywhere, and refresh of new data must finish in under two clicks.

Once the final workbook proves rock-solid, the project is complete and payment released.
