Excel Dashboards & Macro Automation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Several workbooks need to be transformed into a cohesive set of data-driven tools that handle advanced analysis, automate repetitive steps, and present results in polished, consulting-grade dashboards ready for client-facing digital products. The core of the assignment combines three focus areas: in-depth data analysis, VBA-powered macros, and interactive dashboard design.
Deliverables
• Dynamic dashboards that update instantly from raw data, using slicers, pivot tables, and charting best practices.
• Reusable VBA macros (well-commented) to clean, reshape, and export data in one click.
• A modular financial planner and calculator suite that plugs into the dashboards for scenario modelling.
• Documentation sheet summarising workflow, key formulas, and how to extend the solution for future digital products.
Acceptance criteria
1. Dashboards load with no errors and refresh in under five seconds on a standard office PC.
2. Macro code passes VBA editor compilation with Option Explicit enabled.
3. All figures reconcile to supplied sample data within ±0.1%.
Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas (INDEX/XMATCH, LET, LAMBDA) and clean UI/UX principles should be used where they add value; feel free to propose alternative Excel-native approaches if they speed things up or simplify maintenance. A short walk-through video or Loom link on completion will help the hand-over.
