Excel Dashboards & Budgeting Automation
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’m looking to turn a growing volume of raw data into clear business insight directly inside Excel. The core of the job is an interactive dashboard that managers can filter and explore in real time, backed by tools that handle data entry and push automated reports without any manual copy-paste.
Here’s what I need built:
• A front-end dashboard driven by Pivot Tables, slicers, and (where useful) Power Query/Power Pivot so key metrics refresh at the click of a button.
• Structured data-entry interfaces—userforms or well-designed input sheets—that write cleanly into the model and prevent errors.
• Automated reporting routines that compile the latest figures into print-ready or PDF outputs on demand.
• A flexible budgeting model that rolls revenues and costs into monthly and annual summaries, using advanced formulas such as SUMPRODUCT, INDEX-MATCH, and dynamic array functions for speed and transparency.
Acceptance criteria
– Workbook stays responsive with at least 50k data rows.
– Formulas, queries, and any VBA are clearly commented and free of hard-coded “mystery” numbers.
– Sheets needed for daily use remain unlocked; sensitive logic is protected.
– A brief user guide and a live hand-over call confirm everything works as intended.
If you have a track record of building similar Excel solutions, please share a sample or describe your approach and timeline. I’m ready to start as soon as the plan is in place.
