I developed a comprehensive Excel dashboard for a multi-store retail business, designed to track and visualize key performance metrics across financials, stock, customer experience, store operations, and HR.

Key Highlights:

Created MTD/YTD Sales vs Budget view with drill-down from Category → Brand → SKU

Built Top 10/Bottom 10 SKUs ranking visuals and Sales per Sq.M analysis

Integrated metrics like Promo Mix, Items per Bill, Wastage %, and Category Contribution

Designed Stock Availability, Days of Cover, and Aging reports by category

Customer analytics included footfall trends and basket size tracking

Added compliance tracking with QA Audit Scores by Store and Format

Included HR module for Manpower vs Budget and staff distribution

Tools Used: Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Slicers, Advanced Formulas)

Impact:
The dashboard enabled the retail team to identify stock issues, track sales performance, and improve decision-making at both strategic and operational levels.
