Excel Customer Data Cleanup & Analysis

I’m sitting on a sizeable customer-data workbook and need a sharp pair of hands to turn it into something clean, consistent, and instantly insightful—all within Excel.

Here’s what I’m looking for you to do:
• Data cleaning and organizing: remove duplicates, fix inconsistent labels, standardise formats, and flag any obvious outliers.
• Pivot tables and charts: build dynamic pivots that let me slice results by region, segment, and purchase date, then link them to clear, presentation-ready charts.
• Advanced formula implementation: craft robust formulas (INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, array functions, whatever is best) so key metrics update automatically when I drop in fresh data.

Everything should stay inside one well-structured workbook with named ranges, tidy worksheet tabs, and brief cell comments so I can maintain it later. If something you build relies on a newer Excel function, note the version requirement.

Once finished I’ll review by loading a fresh customer file; if all summaries, charts, and calculated fields refresh correctly, the job is done.
