I have a set of customer records sitting in our databases that I need moved into Excel and tidied up so the team can work with it right away. The work is straightforward:
• Extract the customer information tables I specify, using a simple SQL query or any database export tool you prefer.
• Load the results into Excel, preserving all fields.
• Clean the data—remove duplicates, fix obvious typos, standardise phone, email, and address formats, and flag any missing critical fields.
I will provide database credentials, the field map, and a sample of the desired Excel layout. A quick turnaround and clear communication are essential, but the scope is limited to the initial pull and a basic clean-up pass. Once the file is delivered and spot-checked for accuracy, the project is complete.
