Excel Compliance Risk Map with Mitigation, Assessment and Recommendations

I need a skilled Excel professional to take a collection of internal reports, external databases, and existing risk documents and turn them into a clear-cut compliance risk map focused solely on AI regulation. The job is to classify each identified issue, rate its likelihood and impact, and then lay out practical mitigation actions next to every entry.

All the work must live in a single, well-structured workbook that includes:
• an easy-to-filter master table of risks,
• a visual risk matrix or heat map generated from that table, and
• a summary sheet that highlights the top AI regulatory concerns and their proposed mitigations.

The file should be built with standard Excel functions—think pivot tables, conditional formatting, lookup formulas, and, if helpful, Power Query—so that my team can update it later without additional software. Clear naming, colour-coding that matches the matrix, and brief cell comments explaining any custom logic will make acceptance quick.
