I'm seeking an Excel expert to create a dynamic spreadsheet for calculating monthly compensation payouts. The spreadsheet should allow me to input the previous month’s revenue, and automatically compute payout amounts based on complex criteria.

Requirements:
- Input: Previous month’s revenue
- Calculation based on:
- Commission rates
- Monthly and quarterly revenue
- Sales volume as a performance metric

Ideal Skills & Experience:
