I have an existing Excel workbook and need a clear, insightful comparison of two areas in my data: customer demographics and product performance. The raw figures are already organised into sheets, but they still need to be explored, cleaned where necessary, and translated into actionable findings.
Scope of work
• Review the workbook for consistency, flagging any gaps or anomalies.
• Build pivot tables or Power Query views that let me slice results by age, location, gender, and other demographic fields against key product KPIs (sales volume, returns, satisfaction scores, etc.).
• Create comparison charts—bar, line, or stacked column—so I can instantly see how different customer segments affect product success.
• Summarise insights in a concise dashboard or separate summary sheet, highlighting trends, outliers, and practical recommendations.
Expected deliverables
1. Updated Excel file with all transformation steps clearly documented (formulas, Power Query steps, or VBA if you prefer).
