Excel Cleanup & Pivot Analysis

I have a series of color-coded stickers on Mural.com that need to be transferred into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The job starts with copying every sticker’s content into rows, standardising the text, removing duplicates or extra line breaks, and assigning each row the colour that Mural uses so we keep the visual grouping intact.

Once the raw data is tidy, I want at least one pivot table that lets me compare categories side-by-side. The primary goal is to see how many items fall under each colour/category and quickly drill down into any subset.

Please deliver:
• A single Excel file containing the cleaned data on one sheet
• A pivot table (or more, if you think it adds value) that compares the categories derived from the colour codes

Feel free to suggest additional columns that would make the later analysis easier, but keep the process straightforward and transparent so I can update the workbook myself in the future.
