Excel Budget Analysis Tool

I need an experienced Excel specialist to turn my raw financial data into a clear, actionable budgeting analysis. The work is strictly data analysis, with a financial focus on budgeting rather than investment or cost-cutting models.
The core of the job is to import and structure several months of transaction data, then build a set of dynamic, easy-to-update reports that show budgeted amounts versus actual spend. I expect formulas (SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, LOOKUPs), PivotTables or Power Query for data shaping, and charts or a simple dashboard so I can spot variances at a glance. Everything must stay within Excel—no external add-ins or VBA unless it materially streamlines the workflow.
Deliverables:
• A cleaned, well-structured data sheet with categories ready for analysis
• Automated budget-vs-actual summary that updates when I paste new data
• Visual dashboard (charts or slicer-driven view) highlighting monthly and year-to-date performance
• A brief set of on-sheet notes so I can maintain the file myself
