Excel-Based Estimation Tool for Panel builder Factory

We are a panel building factory (LV switchgear) and we require an Excel-based estimation tool that can handle cost estimation, BOQ generation, revision tracking, and integration with supplier price lists. The file should be structured, user-friendly, and scalable for future projects.
The tool should cover the following scope:
1. Estimation Scope & Features:
2. Cost Estimation & BOQ Generation
3. Build panel BOQs/quotations for MDB/SMDB/ATS/MCC.
4. Structured catalogue with supplier part numbers (ABB, Schneider, Eaton, etc.).
5. Revision Control & History: Maintain revisions (Rev-0, Rev-1, etc.).
6. Version history and margin visibility.
7. Parametric / Typicals Support: Use typical templates/macros to speed up quantity take-off before detailed design.
8. Vendor-Neutral Library: Maintain a neutral database with our own codes.
9. Automatic Price Reading & Updates: BOQ items should read prices directly from supplier price lists / item master.
10. If supplier prices change, project BOQs update automatically.
11. Printable BOQ/Quotation with all items (breakers, auxiliaries, busbars, enclosures, etc.).
12. option to include/exclude prices, discounts, and VAT.
13. Full project material list printing.
14. Customizable templates with company logo, project details, revision number, etc.
