Excel BOQ from WTP Site Plan
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m working with a PDF site plan for a 1 MLD Water Treatment Plant and need an accurate Bill of Quantities compiled in Excel. The job is limited to structural components only—think excavation, concrete, reinforcement, formwork, masonry and any other load-bearing elements that appear on the drawing. Finishes, utilities and services are outside the scope.
Everything must be expressed in metric units (metres, square metres, cubic metres, kilograms of steel, etc.). Set up the workbook so each line shows: item description, drawing reference, unit, quantity and a remarks column for notes or assumptions. Include a second sheet (or clearly separated section) that shows the take-off calculations you used so I can trace every figure back to the site plan.
Deliverables
• Main BOQ sheet in Excel
• Supporting calculation sheet inside the same file
• Brief note listing any clarifications or assumptions you needed to make
Acceptance criteria: figures should tally within ±2 % when spot-checked against the PDF, all units are metric, and the file opens cleanly with no macros required. If this matches your expertise, let’s get started—accuracy and clarity are my top priorities.
