Excel Automation & Salesforce Optimization

I need a skilled hand to tighten up both my Excel workflows and my Salesforce org. In Excel, I rely on large datasets for weekly reviews and want deeper data analysis and clear-cut reporting. Think pivot tables, Power Query connections, dynamic charts, and the kinds of formulas or lightweight VBA scripts that let me refresh everything with a single click.

Inside Salesforce (Lightning), three areas need attention at once:
• Custom reports and dashboards that mirror the Excel views but pull live data straight from the CRM.
• Workflow automation—Flows or Process Builder rules—to replace manual reassignment and notification steps.
• A careful data migration and cleanup that leaves no duplicates, fixes pick-list inconsistencies, and aligns field naming with our new reports.

Deliverables will be:
1. Locked-down Excel file(s) with automated refresh and clearly documented formulas/macros.
2. A set of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and activated flows, all validated against sample scenarios.
3. Cleaned and migrated data with a brief summary of issues found and resolutions applied.
