I need a single, well-structured Excel workbook that lets my audit team type or paste mixed data—numbers, dates, text comments—into a guided entry sheet and see it flow instantly into an interactive “digital cockpit.”

Core requirements
• One clean data-entry interface: drop-downs, validations and error traps so every field lands in the right column and format.
• Behind the scenes, formulas or VBA should reshape that raw feed into a tidy, analysis-ready table (no manual rework from us).
• The dashboard tab must refresh on demand and display a blend of line graphs, bar charts and pie charts that together tell a clear audit story for our banking environment—trend over time, issue distribution, ageing, anything you recommend for internal audit monitoring.
