Excel Automation & Analysis Expert
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I work with large, messy spreadsheets every week and need an Excel partner who can turn them into fast, insightful tools. The help I’m after centers on three areas: deep statistical analysis, time-saving VBA macros, and robust financial modelling.
Here is what a successful engagement looks like to me:
• A cleaned master workbook where dates, currency, and text are all in consistent, error-free formats (no more ad-hoc fixes for stray spaces or mixed date systems).
• Reusable, well-commented macros that automate recurring steps such as data import, refresh, and report generation, so I can run everything with a single click.
• A flexible financial model that links key assumptions to outputs and includes built-in statistical reports (mean, variance, regression, or other techniques you recommend).
Everything should be built natively in Excel with VBA where appropriate—no external add-ins, so the files remain portable across standard Office installations. Clear documentation inside the workbook (or a short PDF) is important so I can maintain and tweak the solution after delivery.
If you thrive on squeezing every drop of insight and efficiency out of Excel, I’d love to see how you’d approach this and how soon we could get started.
