Excel Attendance & Payslip Automation

I need a clean, reusable Excel workbook that lets me do two things from the same file. First, track daily attendance in a simple table that shows each employee’s name, check-in time, check-out time, and total hours worked. Second, have those attendance figures feed seamlessly into a salary-slip sheet so I can generate individual payslips at month-end without re-entering data.

A formula-driven solution is my priority, but I’m open to lightweight VBA if it keeps everything one-click simple. The layout must stay fully editable, as different teams may add or hide columns later.

Please deliver:
• A master attendance sheet with automatic date handling and clear data-validation for time entry
• Dynamic formulas (or macro) that calculate total hours per person per day and roll them up for the payslip
• A salary-slip template that pulls an employee’s monthly totals and populates gross hours, overtime (if any), and net payable fields at the push of a button or via drop-down selection
• Brief, inline comments so I can tweak rates or allowances in the future

I’ll test with a week of sample data; once the figures reconcile and slips print cleanly, the job is done.
