Excel Application Layout Revamp

I have an Excel-based application whose formulas are already working as intended; the only thing holding it back is the way it looks and flows on-screen and on paper. The job is entirely about layout and design.

Here is what I need:
• Resize columns and rows so every input, calculation, and result is immediately clear without excessive scrolling or hidden text.
• Reorganise the existing data sections into a more intuitive order (inputs first, live results next, references last), while keeping every formula exactly where it belongs.
• Add polished headers and footers ready for printing—space for a logo, file name, date, and page numbers will be enough.
